Congratulations to Gauteng Rover Dawn Ledbitter! The Africa Scout Region has recognised Dawn for her services to humanity at the recent Africa Regional Scout Conference in Kenya.
Dawn received the recognition for her outstanding actions to support her community during the Covid-19 lockdown where she took the lead in ensuring food and basic essential deliveries to elderly and vulnerable community members. Her initiative inspired other Rovers and Scouters to follow suit around the country.
The Award was received by Youth Influencer Zama Mazibuko on behalf of Dawn Ledbitter.
